STOP REVIVE THRIVE is all about giving you the tools and strategies so that you can reduce clutter in your professional and personal life and manage time more effectively in order to have more time for you.

If you are anything like me, there is so much going on that that you are too busy to actually implement anything. I particularly found that when I was really under the pump I naturally defaulted to all of my bad habits (‘I’m too busy to eat/exercise/organise‘ etc). Sound familiar? Nothing really changed until I took some time off of the merry-go-round and prioritised me.

It is a struggle to enact change, even more so on your own. Working with others helps to keep you accountable and my job as coach is to regularly check in with you and provide you with feedback along your journey. I am going to help keep you on the straight and narrow and support you when times are tough. I want you to be able to work a reasonable week and still have time left over for those people and activities that you love. I don’t work weekends or holidays and nor should you.
