I know what it’s like to be so stressed and tired, that you can barely think straight. My work-a-holic ways had seen my passion for leadership start to wain in the overload of administrivia. I questioned my purpose and my effectiveness. And with a baby and husband to juggle, I wondered where I had disappeared to.

I am here to tell you that is not ‘rocket science’ nor anything particularly extraordinary that will get you there. What I have discovered is that it is your mindset, not the amount of time you spend at work, that will ultimate help you get your professional groove back.
It is all too easy to put everyone and everything first. I will provide you with the tools and resources you need to thrive and I will help keep you accountable to yourself, with structured and regular check-ins and a process for doing more of what you love in work and in life.
Professional Bio
I have qualifications in Business Administration (MBA), Science Communication (BScMedia, GD SciComm) and Education (GDEd).
After juggling my first Principalship with raising my first child, I am currently taking some time off to invest in myself and my family, while my husband pursues his professional aspirations. This has provided me with an opportunity to rediscover my passion for small businesses and supporting those that work in them. I am passionate about having your cake and eating it too and want to help others to achieve the same.
I am a skilled and passionate public speaker and have been writing and presenting professional development workshops across Australia and internationally for more than a decade. I estimate that I have delivered over 150 workshops to more than 3000 participants in that time.
